Milwood Group Delivery & Returns
Our general Delivery & Returns policy can be found here. Below you can consult specific details regarding the Delivery & Returns of Milwood Group products.
DELIVERY OF MILWOOD GROUP PRODUCTS
- All products from Milwood Group will be delivered within approximately 3 - 4 weeks
RETURNS OF MILWOOD GROUP PRODUCTS
- Returns of Milwood products must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery by the customer.
- Returns free of charge shall only be accepted if it is satisfied that those goods are defective and that such defects would not be apparent on inspection.
- If the goods are eligible for a return, the customer has the option to either have the goods replaced or receive a refund.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of returning goods if said goods feature no defects and are not damaged in any way.
